Sr Principal Regional Sales Representative - (Troy, MI or Dallas, TX) | Raytheon | Troy, MI
Job Description:
Raytheon Professional Services, a global leader in learning consulting
and services, is seeking a sales consultant to sell learning content
development services to commercial clients in North America. We're
looking for a highly motivated, experienced sales professional who will
have an immediate impact.
Prefer a Detroit or Dallas based individual. Expected travel once
fully ramped will be 8-12 days per month.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect for and develop client base to successfully
sell learning content development and virtual classroom training
solutions that provide measurable client value
- Develop a account plan for target accounts to achieve
company sales, revenue, and margin goals
- Develop and deliver client briefings and proposals for
customer, partner, and Raytheon audiences
- Meet orders and sales goals
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of overall sales experience
- 5-7 years of experience selling learning content
development services
- Proven ability to leverage existing industry contacts
and prospects and make new contacts with industry leaders to drive sales
- Experience architecting and negotiating complex business
deals around learning solutions, including proposal writing and
management
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the learning business process outsourcing
market
- Experience in automotive, oil & gas and/or
pharmaceutical/healthcare industries
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Sales or equivalent
